Property Ladder (UK)
Property Ladder is the original British version of the television series Property Ladder. Hosted by Sarah Beeny, it follows the journey of amateur property developers as they set out to make a life changing profit from renovating challenging houses.
The show underwent a change in format during 2004 and now features two developments per episode rather than one.
In early 2009, Channel 4 announced that a new series was to be shown, starting on 9 June, it is the first to be filmed in a struggling market and has been re-titled Property Snakes and Ladders.

- Episode 4: Sarah Beeny heads back to Harlexton to catch up with Mark and Tammy Howard as they try to build the ultimate
family home and develop a massive barn.
- Episode 5: Sarah pays a call on Myles Gilbert and his marathon penthouse development on Brighton seafront and finds out about his new property venture that has cost him 5,000,000 pounds.
- Episode 6: Sarah Beeny catches up with David and Christine Hollingworth in Crouch End, north London, as David finds out
whether he really can cut it as a full-time property developer.
- Episode 7: Sarah Beeny has two brand new sets of property developers in Greenwich and Strood, and a real rollercoaster ride that's all about the location.

- Episode 12: Bouncers Danny Smith and Shaun Spencer make an unlikely pair of developers they've taken on a Victorian terraced house and are determined to renovate it themselves on a non-existent budget.
- Episode 14: Heidi Sutton has given up her job to concentrate purely on property developing, while Julie Thomas and Lee Jones are more circumspect about continuing in the property game.
- Episode 15: Sarah Beeny catches up with Mark and Tammy Howard and Dave and Nick Holmes, who were all convinced they could make huge profits on tricky listed property's.
- Episode 16: Sarah Beeney revisits Michael and Sally Gregory, whose Bristol property development proved profitable. Two years on, they're tackling a much harder location in Clevedon town centre.
- Episode 18: Sarah Beeny's back on the south coast of England to re-visit Rebecca Lang who successfully took on the luxury property market and walked away with a staggering 100,000 pounds.
